Looking for a great light lunch or dinner? It will also use up one of those zucchini's you might have sitting on your kitchen counter. I have been seriously craving Tomato Pie, but have yet to get my hands on enough homegrown tomatoes to make one. Many thanks to Julie for giving me a few tomatoes over the weekend. Our Sunday night BLT's were yummy! This delicious savory pie is another one of those old fashioned recipes that just screams summer.Nanny's Zucchini Pie
