  3. Kim, this casserole looks yummy!!! I'm planning to give it a try this week, along with your potato soup! I have some ground venison I need to use up (time to make room for this year's venison in the freezer!) and I think this recipe will be perfect for that. Thanks for sharing!

    1. It turned out great! Everyone loved the dish. Hubby wantedmore enchilada sauce to top his serving but that's certainly a personal preference!

    2. Thanks Brandy! Wade sounds like Dan. He usually will douse his serving with Frank's Hot Sauce. So glad you all enjoyed it!
